The 100 Day Project

000 | TOMORROW. That’s right, folks. It’s time for The 100 Day Project again!

Some of you may remember last year when I wrote 100 words every day for 100 days (#the100daysof100words) as a part of this global art project. It was a fun challenge, and I learned a lot. 2020’s session starts up tomorrow, April 7, and I’m jumping in again.

This time it’ll be #The100DaysofEnneagram. With so many events called off for at least the next few months, I’m working on moving a lot of my workshop material online. To get that rolling, I’ll be recording 10-15 minutes of Enneagram content each day and posting an excerpt of it on Instagram (with regular project updates here on the blog). Some of it may be familiar to you, and some of it is brand new stuff I’ve been working on but haven’t made public yet. I’m getting excited to share! I’ll also be working behind the scenes to get the content packaged in a way that you can access in full after the 100 days is finished.

For now, here’s an outline of the things in queue (order/details subject to change):

  • 100 Days Intro (What to expect…)

  • #COVID19 Reflections

  • Teachers & Resources

  • Enneagram Introductions workshop

  • Enneagram Relationships workshop

  • Enneagram Creativity workshop

  • Enneagram Communication workshop

  • Neurodiversity & the Enneagram

  • Interviews/Conversations (Queer Enneagram, Enneagram in Color, etc.)

  • Enneagram at Work

  • Enneagram on Campus

  • Subtypes

  • Wrap Up

I hope this might be a fun project for many of you to follow as we live into this new, more homebound existence for a while. I know the Enneagram is definitely helping me stay sane and not be my worst self during all the uncertainty. Maybe it’s doing the same for you, or could. Maybe you’re not into the Enneagram, and that’s totally fine too. I think there still may be some things of interest or value if you care to follow along. If not, no worries.

Alright, till tomorrow…see you on the other side for day 001!

Ps- I talked about last year’s 100 day project and the Enneagram in a recent episode of the Flighty Thoughts Podcast if you want to hear more of the backstory.
