A New Year with the Enneagram

2020.jpg

It's a wild world, and 2020 might be a chaotic year. Surely a little more of the Enneagram can only help us make it through together. I'm excited about a lot of what's ahead for our Enneagram work this year! So let's get into it...

If you happen to be in the process of centering yourself for the year ahead––maybe working with intentions, resolutions, or goals––I put together a list of guiding words for our Meet Up Group last week that I’ll share here. Yes, it’s almost the end of January, but it’s never too late to reset and get focused. See the word next to your Enneagram # for an idea what realm your new year’s growth could center on:

  • 1 Play

  • 2 Boundaries

  • 3 Rest

  • 4 Rhythm

  • 5 Movement

  • 6 Breath

  • 7 Slow

  • 8 Release

  • 9 Goals

And if you’re looking for a deeper reflection, I’ll share this list of guided inquiries I put together for the group as well (partly adapted from this article) :

What’s Next?

I'm looking forward to all things Enneagram in 2020. In addition to continuing in-person workshops & 1-on-1 sessions, I'll be releasing a host of online resources & products!

I'm excited to connect with more of you over a distance, to get some basic workshops on record, & dive into creating new content moving forward. All of our Meet Ups are scheduledworkshops start in March, and I'm booking workshops for April-October 2020 now.

Let me know if you'd like to bring the Enneagram to your community!

Ask a Question

I'm recording audio versions of a couple of my workshops this year, and I would love to incorporate your questions! So whatever you're curious about, please send it over. I'll reply with a response, possibly include your question in the audio training, and you'll get a discount code for purchasing the workshop when it releases this summer.

Send me a voice message to hear yourself in the audio recordings:

(Or just send me a quick email if you'd rather type it out:)

Happy new year, folks! I hope to continue connecting through our work with the Enneagram in 2020. Let me know what your focus for 2020 will be if you get a sec. Peace, friends.
