As some of you may know, in recent months I've adopted a juicing practice and been pretty excited about the results of it. It's been fun to share the process with friends and family and see others getting on the juicing train too! We've already experienced relief from what have been long-present & persistent pains, allergies, low-energy levels, and the need for medications like Claritin, Tylenol, and antidepressants, etc. I wanted to start sharing some of these recipes, stories, and the research that led me to try juicing incase it might be something that could benefit you as well! Today, I'll start by sharing some of my favorite recipes for the juices I've been making.
Curious but don't have a juicer? Well first, Sunshine Health Foods on Youree Drive makes fresh juice in their cafe and you could try one to see what you think. Then, if you think you're ready to make your own juices, there are lots of options for juicers at stores in town like Bed, Bath & Beyond, Target, etc. There are a couple of different types of juicers and a wide range of prices.
